Chris has been training martial arts for over 35 years. He has black belts in multiple striking, grappling and self defense disciplines. Along with various martial arts styles Chris has coached and trained wrestling and boxing for years. He has competed and coached in all realms of competition and self defense including kickboxing, muay thai, MMA, Jiu Jitsu, grappling, wrestling, Tae Kwon Do and Krav Maga. He is the Defensive Tactics Program Developer for Greenville County Sheriff’s Department.
Chris has trained with, competed with and been instructed by and coached national and world champions. He also trains civilian and law enforcement hand to hand combat and defensive tactics and self defense. It is this knowledge that is used to create the best training methods for success. He created the HiiT15 system for the highest level athletes as well as ordinary people that want to do extraordinary things.
Suzanne has over 25 years working in the fitness industry. She is certified in dozens of specialized group and personal training programs including pilates, pilates reformer, yoga, spin, kickboxing, step and much more. Suzanne works with people of all levels including people in need of post rehabilitation and off season training for NFL athletes. She has brought her talents to help us develop the HiiT15 system be the most complete workout ever.
HiiT15 Head Coach
Richard is the functional fitness genius behind the HiiT15 system. He is an expert in functional movement patterns for sport as well as quality of life improvement for all levels of fitness. As a high level Brazil Jiu Jitsu competitor and coach Richard utilizes functional strength and martial arts skills to maximize results and increase safety during training and competition. He trains people of all levels including UFC athletes and people just trying to improve movement and coordination. Richard has been at the core of the development of the HiiT15 system since it’s inception.
